4. Email Integration Permissions

When you connect a Gmail or Outlook account, you grant DealMax permission to access your email data solely to provide the features described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect your mailbox at any time from DealMax settings. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of email integrations complies with applicable laws and the terms of your email provider.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

DealMax uses AI to generate email drafts, summaries, suggested replies, and next actions. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before sending or acting on it. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable access to DealMax, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue features at any time with or without notice for maintenance, security, or business reasons.

7. Intellectual Property

DealMax and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Lumoris Technologies Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumoris Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use DealMax, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using DealMax at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use DealMax ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of DealMax after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date.
