DealMax offers two run modes. Both use Max to generate personalized messages; the difference is when you step in.

Copilot mode

In Copilot mode, every message Max drafts pauses before sending and waits for your approval. Nothing goes out until you review and confirm it. This gives you full control over every touchpoint. Use Copilot when:
  • You’re running a Campaign for the first time and want to calibrate Max’s quality
  • You’re targeting high-value accounts where message precision matters
  • Your brand voice is sensitive and you want a human check on every message
There is no auto-send timeout — if you don’t approve, the message stays queued indefinitely.

Autopilot mode

In Autopilot mode, Max generates and sends messages automatically across the entire sequence. The system only pauses when a prospect replies, at which point you’re notified to take over the conversation. Use Autopilot when:
  • You’ve validated the outreach strategy and trust Max’s output
  • You want to run at scale without reviewing every message
  • Your team’s focus is on handling replies, not approving sends

Switching modes

Run mode is set per Campaign. You can switch at any time from the Campaign Edit panel. The change takes effect immediately.
  • Messages already sent on LinkedIn are not affected.
  • If you switch while Copilot still has messages in the Awaiting Approval queue (for example, when moving to Autopilot), those messages are automatically approved and enter the pending-send queue. Outreach continues without you reviewing each item one by one.
New to DealMax? Start with Copilot. Once you’ve seen how Max handles a few dozen prospects and you’re happy with the quality, switch to Autopilot to scale without the overhead.

Approved messages before send

In Copilot mode, after you approve a message it is queued for the extension to send during the next Account Running Time window. See Manage leads for how to follow up when prospects reply.
