Requirements

Before you create your first Campaign, make sure your account, browser, and LinkedIn setup meet the basic requirements below.

DealMax Account

You need a DealMax account to access the product. During the public beta, all features are available for free. No credit card is required to get started.

LinkedIn Account

You need a valid LinkedIn account. Your LinkedIn account should be in good standing and should not be restricted, suspended, or under abnormal activity review.

LinkedIn Sales Navigator

DealMax requires LinkedIn Sales Navigator. DealMax uses Sales Navigator to help identify and filter target prospects more accurately. A regular free LinkedIn account is not enough for the core prospecting workflow.

Chrome Extension

You need to install the DealMax Chrome extension. The extension connects DealMax with your LinkedIn workflow and helps run LinkedIn-based outreach actions from your local browser environment.

Browser and Device

Use DealMax from a desktop browser. Recommended setup:

• Google Chrome
• A stable internet connection
• One active LinkedIn account on the device
• The DealMax Chrome extension installed and logged in

Warm-Up

Warm-Up is recommended for new, low-activity, or recently reactivated LinkedIn accounts. DealMax includes a 21-day Warm-Up plan that gradually increases activity from a very low daily level. This helps reduce account risk before running Campaigns at normal volume.

Safe Operating Rules

When a Campaign is running, avoid manually operating LinkedIn in the browser at the same time. When DealMax is not running, you can browse LinkedIn, view messages, and reply to conversations. However, avoid sending extra connection requests manually, because they may count toward your total account activity.
