Copilot vs Autopilot

Run mode is set per Campaign. Switch anytime in the Campaign Edit panel—changes apply immediately. If you switch away from Copilot while messages are still in the approval queue, those messages are auto-approved and move to the pending-send queue. See Copilot vs Autopilot for a full comparison.

Warmup

LinkedIn enforces strict limits on automated activity. Sending at full volume from a new or inactive account often triggers restrictions. Warmup ramps volume gradually to protect your account. Enable Warmup: profile menu → Settings → Run Settings → Account Running Time → check Warmup. Warmup is on by default. When the ramp completes, full quota is restored automatically.
For accounts registered less than six months ago or long inactive accounts, keep Warmup enabled. Turning it off increases the risk of LinkedIn restrictions or suspension.

Daily request limits

A common safe range on LinkedIn Sales Navigator is about 20–25 connection requests per day and 100 per week. When multiple Campaigns run in parallel, DealMax splits your account’s daily cap across Campaigns by each Campaign’s limit:
  • If Campaign A is set to 3/day and Campaign B to 7/day, and the account cap is 8, A gets 3 and B gets 5
Configure limits under profile menu → Settings → Run Settings → Limits → Daily requests per account.

Account running time

DealMax only sends during the schedule you define, to mirror normal online behavior. Path: profile menu → Settings → Run Settings → Account Running Time — set your Timezone, Schedule (days and time slots), then save. We recommend aligning windows with your prospects’ business hours (e.g. 9:00 AM–6:00 PM in their timezone).
Do not use LinkedIn manually while DealMax is executing during Account Running Time. Concurrent activity can trigger LinkedIn risk controls.
