Account safety is central to DealMax. Actions run locally in Chrome with human-like timing and pacing. Following recommended limits and completing Warmup keeps restriction risk low for typical use.
You can turn it off, but we strongly discourage it—especially for accounts under six months old, long-inactive accounts, or accounts that were recently restricted. Skipping Warmup and sending at full volume is a common trigger for limits or suspension.
  1. Pause all DealMax Campaigns
  2. Log in to LinkedIn and complete any verification
  3. Wait 24–72 hours for the account to cool down
  4. If the restriction persists, contact LinkedIn support
  5. After recovery, re-enable Warmup and ramp volume slowly
A common safe range on Sales Navigator is about 20–25 per day and 100 per week. DealMax defaults within that range. You can lower limits under Run Settings → Limits; we do not recommend exceeding those benchmarks.
Uninstall the extension, then install the latest version again from the Chrome Web Store. If the issue continues, email [email protected] and we will help you resolve it.
No. DealMax reads public profile and company information needed for personalization. It does not access or store your LinkedIn password or private messages. Automation runs on your device; data is not routed through DealMax servers for execution.
