If daily connection requests are lower than expected, one of the following usually applies.

Possible causes

1. Account is in Warmup New or reactivated accounts run Warmup by default, which intentionally caps daily volume for the first few weeks. That is expected; full quota returns when Warmup completes. See Warmup. 2. Multiple Campaigns share one daily cap With several active Campaigns, DealMax splits your account’s daily limit by each Campaign’s configured cap. A low per-Campaign limit means fewer sends for that Campaign. Check: Open the Campaign Edit panel and review daily request limits. 3. Extension not ready or LinkedIn not logged in Sending only runs when the Chrome extension is active and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is logged in on the same browser. Check:
  • Click the DealMax extension icon and confirm status is ready
  • If not ready, follow the prompts in the extension to finish setup
4. Outside account running time, or schedule too narrow DealMax only acts during Account Running Time. If you check results outside those windows, today’s sends may not have started yet. Your schedule may also be too short. Cover normal business hours—for example 9:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:30 PM–6:00 PM. Path: profile menu → Settings → Run Settings → Account Running Time. 5. ICP pool is nearly exhausted Under your current ICP, most matching prospects may already have been contacted, so there are few new matches. Fix: Broaden ICP filters (region, industry, title, etc.) or launch a Campaign aimed at an adjacent segment.

Suggested order

  1. Confirm extension status is ready; if not, complete extension prompts
  2. Confirm whether Warmup is still active
  3. Review Account Running Time
  4. Review per-Campaign daily limits under Run Settings → Limits
  5. Assess whether your ICP pool needs to expand
