Campaign overview

A Campaign is the core unit in DealMax. It bundles everything needed to run a LinkedIn outreach sequence:
  • ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) — the target audience definition: industry, job title, company size, region, and pain points
  • Outreach strategy — the content angle and follow-up cadence Max uses to reach your prospects
  • Run mode — whether messages go out automatically or wait for your approval (see Copilot vs Autopilot)
  • Schedule — the working hours and daily limits the system respects
You can run multiple Campaigns simultaneously, each targeting a different ICP or testing a different outreach angle.

How Campaigns work

Once published, a Campaign continuously sources new prospects from LinkedIn that match your ICP, generates personalized messages for each one, and executes the outreach sequence — connection request followed by a series of follow-ups — within your configured limits. All activity happens locally through your Chrome extension, so no data passes through third-party servers.

Why Sales Navigator is required

DealMax relies on LinkedIn Sales Navigator’s advanced search to precisely filter prospects by industry, seniority, company size, and geography. The standard LinkedIn search doesn’t offer the targeting depth needed to reliably match your ICP. If you don’t have a Sales Navigator subscription, you can start a free trial directly on LinkedIn before setting up your first Campaign.

Leads and Accounts

Every prospect DealMax reaches out to becomes a Lead. Leads are grouped under Accounts (companies). You can track the status of every Lead — from first contact through to reply and qualification — in the Leads view. By default, DealMax contacts up to 3 people at the same company simultaneously across all your Campaigns. If any one of them replies, outreach to the others at that company automatically pauses.
